At TAMO, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We ensure a seamless process so you can continue curated your space with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TAMO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our white-glove team will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time, while smaller accents can be dropped off using our prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
